Our standard One and Two-Car Garages are perfect for homeowners who need a workshop space for auto maintenance. These buildings will protect your vehicles from the elements. They have an A-frame style roof that has a classic touch to it that will easily match any home’s aesthetics. You could have a one-car garage if you only need vehicle storage. If you want to use the space as a workshop, get a two-car garage to use one side to store your car and the other for your projects.

Our garage sizes range from 12’x20’ to 16’x40’ for single cars, and up to 24’x40’ for two cars. These buildings come standard with an overhead garage door(s), keyed entry door, window, treated tongue and groove flooring, diamond plate threshold, and LP SmartSide siding. We offer many customization options to make the garage uniquely yours, including adding a ramp for easier access.
Lofted Garage
Our Lofted Garage has a gambrel barn-style roof that provides an additional storage space. This style is optimal for one car, but has a loft for storage space above it. The roof style adds a country flair to your backyard, and we have different metal, vinyl, and wood siding options to make it match your home. This is a perfect choice for people who need a little extra storage space for their equipment and tools.

These garages range in size from 12’x20’ to 16’x40’, depending on the size of your yard. They come standard with an overhead garage door, entry door, window, reinforced floors, and a loft space. We have customization options to reflect your needs, including adding a ramp, shelves, a skylight, and an electric door opener for added convenience. You can even add a ridge vent for ventilation, and we offer insulation packages to reinforce the structure.
Garage Shed
Our Garage Sheds are the best of both worlds. These structures are sheds with a garage door, great for people who need both a storage space and vehicle protection. Garage sheds are highly functional yet attractive structures, and work great as ATV, tractor, or golf cart storage. This dual-purpose structure offers space to store lawn equipment and tools, with the extra room for storing a vehicle. For people who want to separate the spaces, the unit can easily be partitioned off to be two separate rooms. You can have one side of the structure for vehicle storage and the other for a workshop or playhouse.

These combination Garage Sheds range in size from 12’x20’ to 14’x30’. We recommend building a larger garage shed if you need to store a car. Vinyl, metal, or Smart siding is available for these structures, which can be easily color-matched to the style of your home. We can even add overhangs to your structure to protect your doors from weather elements.
Carports
Our Carports from Northedge Steel offer limited protection to vehicles from weather elements. They are designed to protect cars, motorcycles, RVs, and boats during all seasons. This is a relatively inexpensive solution, especially if you just need a roof to cover your vehicles. Our carports are made from steel, so they won’t rot like traditional pole buildings do. We can use galvanized steel tubing to make the structure last longer.

Our Carports come in a variety of sizes, ranging from 12’x21’ to 16’x40’ and even larger for RV storage. You can customize the shape of our carports – use a lean-to carport to add to any structure for additional space. Carports come standard with 12 and 14-gauge steel tubing, 29-gauge painted steel metal exteriors, and 3-foot braces. They also come with a 40-year warranty and a 90mph wind warranty with an anchor package.
